People who are to take the restoring, recovering and recreating power of the Holy Spirit to people with broken and burnt out lives, who feel that they have no purpose, no value and no hope in life.

The Vision
Isaiah 54:1-4a

"Sing, O Childless woman! Break forth into loud and joyful song, O Jerusalem, even though you never gave birth to a child.  For the Woman who could bear no children now has more than all the other women, "says The Lord". Clear lots of ground for your tents! Make your tents large. Spread Out! Think Big! Use plenty of rope, drive the tent pegs deep. You're going to need lots of elbow room for your growing family. You're going to take over whole nations: you're going to resettle abandoned cities. Don't be afraid-you're not gong to be embarrassed. Don't hold back- you're not going to come up short."
